JEFF BOUSQUET

COACH

My journey to becoming a coach wasn’t a straight line. I started my fitness journey at 12 years old, right on the border of obesity, determined to make a change. But for years, I struggled through the same cycle many people know well: losing weight, gaining it back, finding motivation, losing momentum, and starting over.

That experience taught me what most quick-fix programs never do: lasting results come from building habits that fit your life, not following extreme plans you can’t maintain.

Since then, I’ve served in the United States Marine Corps, completed three marathons, competed in numerous races, spent countless hours strength training, and continued studying how the body moves and performs. I’ve also completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training, with my 300-hour training currently underway.

That combination of strength training, endurance, and yoga allows me to coach the whole person. I help clients build strength, move better, improve their fitness, and feel confident in their bodies without relying on unsustainable workouts or constant motivation.

Your plan should be built around your goals, your body, your schedule, and your starting point. Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, improve performance, move without pain, or finally feel at home in your body, I’ll help you create a clear path forward.

I’m not here to make you exhausted for the sake of a workout. I’m here to help you train with purpose, understand your body, and make progress you can maintain.

I know what it feels like to struggle, start over, and wonder if anything will finally work. I also know what it takes to create lasting change.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and start making progress, I’m here to help you become stronger, more capable, and more confident for the long term.
